__NOGALLERY__ does not work with url in php form
Closed, DeclinedPublic

Description

Author: dunc_harris

Description:
NOGALLERY tag stops a category from displaying images. This is important
for fair use because we can't produce a gallery of work under fair use criteria.
e.g.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Book_covers

However, it does not work if the url is in the form:

http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Category:Book_covers

e.g. as produced by the link from the Table of Contents:

http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Category:Book_covers&from=A

Actually when you edit you don't see anything, but you wouldn't expect to.

http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Category:Book_covers&action=edit

If you then click preview on the other hand, it again doesn't work, so I think
this is a bug which appears whenever the php url is used.

If preferences "Show preview on first edit" you can see the effect instantly.

Seems now this has been fixed.
