Currently when I create a redirect such as this:

#REDIRECT [[Bugzilla#See also]]

It will redirect to the [[Bugzilla]] page, but the anchor ("#See also") will be
omitted.

It would be nice if there was an ability to redirect to a specific section of a
page.
