Testcase:
-Namespace "Resep" (ns:100) is a custom content namespace
($wgContentNamespaces[]=100 set)
-Create new page on namespace 100. (Numberofarticles+1 = ok)
-Create new page "Foo" on main namespace. (Numberofarticles+1 = ok)
-Move "Foo" to "Resep:Foo". (Numberofarticles-1 = not ok)
