P.S. In the past we used to get (automated?) emails from Julie when somebody was offboarded (i think part of https://office.wikimedia.org/wiki/VerboseOffboard or a similar page on office wiki) but these mails appear to have stopped, so we don't have a mechanism anymore that triggers offboarding process in ops to prevent bounces like this.
