Description

Text and buttons are jumping. First text appears, then the field becomes higher. I can see the text and button, and then they move below - teleporting.

+ height of field up to buttons must be equal in the wikitext editor and Visual editor - it is also jumping

+ blue frame becomes bright gradually - it is noticeable
