We are splitting our extension Wikibase-Quality (https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/profile/989/) in three extensions with one 'base-extension' Wikibase-Quality and two 'sub-extensions' WikidataQualityConstraints' and 'WikidataQualityExternalValidation' (see T96141).

Where can I find more information / a project description? (As Phabricator is a public place, it should be possible for anybody to look at the project page and find out what a project is about.)

Does that mean that Wikibase-Quality should get archived after the creation of these projects? Will someone retriage the existing open tasks to associate the new projects?

We need to keep Wikibase-Quality, it will still be part of our project and a base extension for Wikidata-Quality-Constraints and Wikidata-Quality-External-Validation.
We will move the concerning tasks.
