I installed Mediawiki to an Apache, running on port 20080. After the
installation, which worked very well, I was told to visit the link
http://localhost:20080/~roland/mw/index.php. And this is what happens then:

ftp http://localhost:20080/~roland/mw/index.php
Requesting http://localhost:20080/~roland/mw/index.php
Redirected to http://localhost/~roland/mw/index.php?title=Hauptseite
ftp: Can't connect to localhost: Connection refused
