More than a year ago, our community has reached a clear consensus on the need to eliminate Russian fallback option for the Ukrainian language in general announcement (see https://uk.wikipedia.org/wiki/Вікіпедія:Кнайпа_(пропозиції)/Архів_22#Зміна_мовного_пріоритету_для_оголошень).

This is our request due to a number of factors. When Russian fallback added, many ads were not translated and we were simply translated from Russian. You should also understand that many of our readers understand English and do not understand Russian. Moreover, due to the events, some of our readers do not want to communicate in Russian.
