This task will track the racking, setup, and installation of the new icinga monitoring host, set to replace einsteinium. Since this role is a dedicated host, the hostname can reflect it a bit more accurately than a generic element.
Hostname Proposal: monitor1001. We could also do monitoring1001 or mon1001. We typically avoid using software package names, so I (@robh) advise against icinga1001. This task will remain open before installation for a bit to allow bikeshedding for the name.
Racking Proposal: Rack in any 1G rack, doesn't matter where. This will REPLACE einsteinium, so its location is immaterial.

[x] - rack system with proposed racking plan (see above) & update racktables (include all system info plus location)
