1. Move all the main Editing-related dashboards over to edit-analysis.wmflabs.org with a list on the front page so they can all be found, leaving redirects.

4. Consolidate the key numbers for each team, and overall for the department, into a single front-page dashboard, led by Neil's work on https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Editing/Metrics.
