Citation Bot used to automatically go through and check citations, keeping a record of pages updated in a separate database. This was useful, and also apparently a good way to find bugs (reported when the bot did not properly update the citations). Questions: * Does the old database still exist? * How many [blocking issues](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Citation_bot) are there? * Is there any sort of consensus on how good it needs to be to run automatically? * What policies etc. would it need to comply with? * Who would maintain this/keep up to date with issues raised?
