Some of the changes we're making as part of this redesign will conflict with text on the About page (https://wikipedialibrary.wmflabs.org/about/). The following sentences need to be updated:
- `Any editor can apply for access, but there are a few basic requirements. These are also the minimum technical requirements for access to the Library Bundle (see below):` -> `Any editor can use the library if they meet a few basic requirements:`
- `If you don't quite meet the experience requirements but think you would still be a strong candidate for access, feel free to apply and you may still be considered.` -> Delete
- `If your account is blocked on one or more Wikimedia projects, you may still be granted access to the Library Bundle. You will need to contact the Wikipedia Library team, who will review your blocks. If you have been blocked for content issues, most notably copyright violations, or have multiple long-term blocks, we may decline your request. Additionally, if your block status changes after being approved, you will need to request another review.`
- -> Move to the bottom of the 'Who can receive access?' section
