Change Details

Split Minnan into `nan-hans` , `nan-hant` , `nan-latn-pehoeji` (POJ), `nan-latn-tailo` (TL). `nan-hani` , `nan-latn` were preserved for language converter codes. Didn't use "`-poj`" , "`-tl`" as that might be distinguished with language/region codes.
