Editors would like to be able to see, and link to, all changes after a specific timestamp. This would enable:
* people who are investigating a historical discussion, to more easily see what state an entire topic was in, at a specific time.
* people who are not subscribed to a Topic, to still easily keep up-to-date with any changes.
~~We don't currently use the "cur" text in history pages, but left the string in the pages for potential future usage, and so that the rows were more visually consistent with wikitext pages. ~~ ('cur' is a working link for certain types of actions, such as post editing.)
