Change Details

We'll need a SVG+PNG distribution serving SVG images to modern browsers and PNG as a fallback, presumably, if we want to actually start using PHP OOUI for basic forms in MediaWiki core. We still support browsers such as IE 8 [[ https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Compatibility#Browser_support_matrix | (list) ]], which have no PNG support, and we now need images for basic features (like the new MediaWiki theme checkbox widgets).
