There are some requests in our OTRS intsance from government employees (or users of government computers), that the certificate delivered by [[ www.wikipedia.org | www.wikipedia.org ]] / [[ en.wikipedia.org | en.wikipedia.org ]] are classified as invalid. They open the Wikipedia in the Internet Explorer and get the message, that the certificate is either expired or invalid.
Example tickets:
https://ticket.wikimedia.org/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketZoom;TicketID=9010915
https://ticket.wikimedia.org/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketZoom;TicketID=9006052
https://ticket.wikimedia.org/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketZoom;TicketID=8995014
This is probably not a problem, which can be fixed on our site, but we should investigate the cause if possible :)
Unfotunately, the government pc is restricted to use the Internet Explorer and because the user can't use "Load the page even with an invalid certificate", it's nearly impossible (as far as I know) to see the details of the certificate in Internet exploer. Other internet browsers aren't allows/installable, so this isn't really an option.
