Yesterday's swift outage caused files that were moved to have the wikipage moved, but not the image moved.
e.g. https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Faro_Les_%C3%89claireurs_W2013.jpg is missing the image because its still at https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/d/d7/Faro_A%C3%B1o_Nuevo_W2013.jpg.
We need a script to automatically fix these (or perhaps manually do so as a one-off thing)
