Recently we deployed a couple of services in [[https://www.wikimedia.it/|Wikimedia Italia]] servers: * {T272455} * {T270746} The issue is that as default these applications try to use the webserver itself as outgoing mailserver but without all the necessary SPF/DKIM/DMARC bells and ribbons. In short, now everyone is receiving unfriendly `Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender` bounces and this should not happen. This Task is about discovering how this kind of stuff was done in the past (creating new mailboxes VS finding an existing one) and conclude the setup. Bonus point: somehow share the configuration.
