Please add a way to semi/fully-protect individual flow topics. Use-case: A topic about a controversial issue gets linked to (perhaps from an external source), and suddenly hundreds of people are trying to argue on that linked topic. It would be good to be able to semi or fully protect an individual topic. Related to {T113902}
