Create a monitoring system that checks the following things in regular intervals: * The redirect script on tool labs is reachable via HTTPS * The redirect script on tool labs returns a "301 Moved Permanently" response with the correct commons URL * Look for error messages in redirect script log file * Look for error messages in bots log file. When one of the checks detects an error, the monitoring system should send an email (and optionally a SMS) to a defined circle of people. This task includes deploying the monitoring system on a (virtual) machine //outside// of Tool Labs and testing it with simulated errors (turning off the web server on tool labs, putting error messages in the log files).
