As part of the [[ https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/WikiForHumanRights | Wiki for Human Rights event]] we want to enable a url campaign parameter so that organizers can generate links to translate articles with Content translation. Making it possible to later track how many contributions were generated through this channel.
The proposed name for the campaign would be "wiki-for-human-rights". Since recent campaigns like "external-machine-translation" (T212405) seem to follow this name convention (lowercase + dashes) instead of the original (all lowercase)
As a result of this task, it should be possible to start a translation by following this link (even if Content translation beta feature was not enabled for the user): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:ContentTranslation?campaign=wiki-for-human-rights&page=Universal+Declaration+of+Human+Rights&from=en&to=tl
