The English Wikipedia requests a new user group that users are automatically promoted into after they have made 500 edits on a registered account with 30 days tenure. We also request a new page protection level that only allows only users in this group to edit. Additionally, Wikipedia administrators should have the ability to manually add and remove users to and from the group.
