There have been some cases of donations for which PayPal processed multiple payment transactions. The first IPN is processed properly and following IPNs are rejected. While this is the expected behavior of our application, we only see this in the payment report at the end of the month. According to the [PayPal documentation](https://www.paypal.com/uk/smarthelp/article/how-do-i-avoid-duplicate-transactions-ts1097), it should be fairly easy to prevent duplicate payments by passing an invoice ID to the payment page. **Acceptance Criteria** * When redirecting to PayPal's payment page the donation ID is passed as the invoice number (e. g. `invoice=D1234567`). **Notes** * For this to work, changes need to be made to the account settings first.
