Currently edits stored in geoeditors daily don't include bots( see https://github.com/wikimedia/analytics-refinery/blob/master/oozie/mediawiki/geoeditors/monthly/insert_geoeditors_daily_data.hql#L65). It linda makes sense from the original use-case of this data (getting country for a bot can be seen as meaningless). However the dataset has evolved and now also serve as a basis for other reports (WMCS for now, maybe more to come). Not having bots in the dataset is problematic for the generic use-case.
