As an editor, I want to add sitelinks to pages on [[ https://wikitech.wikimedia.org | Wikitech ]] on Wikidata.
**Problem:**
Sitelinks to Wikitech on Wikidata is not activated.
**Steps to reproduce:**
* Go to [[ https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q28838817 | PAWS (Q28838817) ]]
* Click "edit" on "multilingual sites"
* Type "Wikitech" as the wiki, in order to add https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/PAWS as a sitelink
**Acceptance criteria:**
[ ] Wikitech is activated as a Multilingual site to accept linking of pages from https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/
