* Label should be "Programs and Events Dashboard link"
* There should be a text field for entering the URL of the course
* Help text should read: "Usernames of publicly registered participants would be automatically sent to the Dashboard. This tool helps you monitor their contributions and measure the impact of your campaign event.
* Help text should have a link appended to it, with the text "Learn more" and the URL: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:MyLanguage/Programs%20&%20Events%20Dashboard
