We are switching Node.JS services to Jessie and Node 4.2. Parsoid should also be switched. Thanks to some recent work, we have it currently running on `ruthenium` in that configuration. We should start switching prod boxes once we are sure it is running smoothly. Also, the BetaCluster Parsoid cluster should be switched (cf. {T125003})
