**Problem**
Preview on 3D touch is slow to load. This is because we are using a web view.
**Proposed solution**
Make a special view for previews that we can load quickly.
**Design**
The preview adapts the card format we already use now for the featured article of the day in the feed.
This both maintains design consistency and allows for reusing/adapting already existing components.
There are 2 slightly different treatments shown in the mocks [[ https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/M185 | M185 ]]
**1. Initial 3D touch brings up the article preview card, followed by swipe to show actions**

**2. Immediately show preview card with actions**
Actions are also shown with icons here as well so users can more easily discern actions available.

This is the preferred treatment as it allows more immediate user action.

This is fallback treatment if the ability to trigger actions immediate is not feasible without custom work (though this is the behavior when 3D touch on places in Apple Maps).
