I got an email saying "hoo committed rEABF3b284d8ef2a0: Expose variables to JavaScript when viewing details or examining a log (authored by He7d3r)..." but when I try to follow the link https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/rEABF3b284d8ef2a0 I get >Access Denied: Restricted Application >You do not have permission to view this object. >Users with the "Can View" capability: > >Administrators can take this action. Is this restricted on purpose?
