== Current Status: This bug is fixed in openssh upstream. After adding the patch[3] and rebuilding the .deb package I was able to build a working binary which doesn't exhibit this bug. What remains to be done: * Get the patched binary deployed to `phab1003` * Try to get this fixed in debian. There is already a bug reported against openssh-server[1] References: 1.
