Hi there, We have a qualtrics subscription and we made a change to have qualtrics have a "from" address that reads ...@wikimedia.org rather that ...@qualtrics.org. This request was orginially made by @Neil_P._Quinn_WMF and @bbogaert supported the task. The issue now is that we cannot email anyone with an ...@wikimedia.org account through qualtrics, not even for account resets. Below I've pasted the details from Byron. I am very non-technical so I honestly am not sure how to deal with this. Here is the email from Byron: >We setup qualtrics to be able to send mail, but not receive mail. This also, unfortunately affected sending to @wikimedia.org addresses. Qualtrics is not in the regular LDAP Object Unit that our mail servers use to authorize senders.
