GSuite allows for a default email signature to be added (see [[https://support.google.com/a/answer/176652?hl=en|instructions]]). This would be uswful to set up so that new staff always have a sensible signature. The default setting is that users can change their signature, should work for us. We should check if a signature can be limited to a group, to e.g. not set the same default for the board.
