Interwiki langlink currently provides suggestions and prioritized display based on the user's language settings (dubious, but whatever). However, in Chinese Wikipedia, there is always a grey "中文" (Chinese; zh) link hanging around in existing articles, seemingly open for translation. Since it's obvious that nobody needs to translate from Chinese to Chinese, I suspected that variants in `uselang` may be causing the issue, and appended a `?uselang=zh` to the URL.
