Acceptance Criteria: * `skins/10h16` directory is removed from the Fundraising Frontend repository * Default configurations (in `app/config` and `build`) define the `cat17` skin as default and remove `10h16` from the skin list * Configuration files on the deployment machine define the `cat17` skin as default and remove `10h16` from the skin list * test and production server are deployed.
