As part of the discussion between me and @bwang , we saw a good need of separating, refactoring, and creating some new components with their own micro mustache templates to handle drop downs, and links inside Vector. NOTE: This effort may also result some code that we would elevate to core as part of the menu API task = Acceptance criteria: = - [ ] HTML output should stay the same - [ ] Separate component and template for drop down item - [ ] Separate components and template for drop down menu - [ ] New components and template should handle nesting. - [ ] Clean up the input variables between components, skin, and template, to standardise the code for elevation for future tasks, and to enhance readability of code.
