As per story time: We plan to use more of week beginning 2nd December and see how it goes. We anticipate releasing to test on the week of the 9th. We don't want to put anything on production (actual wikidata.org) the week of the 16th. We agree that we can skip tracking on test but all other "step one" stores should be done before we turn it on.
