We want to enable[[ https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/InstantCommons | InstantCommons ]] on cloud but are not sure how much traffic this will result in for real commons. We want to make sure we're being good internet citizens. Questions we want answered: * Does it cache: * The actual image files on the server? * Metadata i.e. the links to those files? If so: * where are the cashed files stored? * will we get rate limited?

If so: * where are the cashed files stored? * will we get rate limited? * this is hard to be certain about but maybe try adding loads (50+) of files and see what happens locally
