## Overview
The TextArea component uses the CSS `resize` property in two scenarios.
# `resize: vertical`
# `resize: none`
By default, the TextArea is `autosize=false` which applies `resize: vertical` styles and allows the users to resize the `<textarea>` vertically.
When the TextArea is `autosize=true`, the resize/grabber tool is not present (`resize: none`), therefore users cannot manually resize the `<textarea>`. When autosize is true, manual resizing isn't needed because the <textarea> will automatically grow in height based on the content inside the <textarea>.

### Issue
- CSS `resize` property is not supported in iOS Safari
- CSS selector `-webkit-resizer` is non-standard and should not be used without careful consideration. (ref: [[ https://caniuse.com/?search=webkit-resizer | caniuse ]])
- According to MDN, `-webkit-resizer` is non-standard and recommends checking cross-browser support before use. (ref: [[ https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/::-webkit-scrollbar#css.selectors.-webkit-resizer | MDN ]])

### Questions
1. What's the best approach to implementing support for the resize feature of the TextArea component in iOS Safari?
2. What tools can I use to check cross-browser support?
