Once we have the table (T317601), we need to populate the data in the table with content from all the translatable pages. The script should do the following: 1. Fetch all translatable pages 2. Determine the status of the translatable page based on the values in the `revtag` table 3. Insert or update existing record in the table created in T317601 Note that we do not do any processing for message bundles right now.
