Change Details

The content in the CMS of the old application (https://backend.wikimedia.de/wiki/index.php?title=Spezial:ContentStaging) needs to be ported as needed by each use case, porting the templates from the old application to the new Twig format. For setting up local and browser testing environments that use the same data, we need to create regular dump that can be imported easily on test systems.
