**Date & Time: **Sunday, May 21st, from 2:30 - 4:30 pm

**Venue:** MachineWorks (Main hacking room)
Participants will get to showcase their hackathon projects, and we will close out the event and say goodbye. **Presentations are limited to 30 total, with 3 minutes each.**

**Important information for presenters**
* The deadline to sign up for the showcase is Sunday, May 21st, at 12:30 pm. Add your project details to the Etherpad before the deadline.
* Each presenter will have **3 minutes** to present their project.
* Presenters are not allowed to use their own laptops as there will be many projects to showcase, and we can鈥檛 give them extra time. Please explain your project without using a computer.
* If you want to present a demo, make a video and add a link to it from the project showcase etherpad. You can upload the video to a relevant channel (such as YouTube or Google Drive) and use the provided laptop to access it during the presentation.
* If you do not wish to be filmed, please write that in the special requirements section, and we will move you to the end of the showcase.
**Note**: The opening/closing ceremony will be recorded, and the recording will be published on Commons and YouTube and available publicly.
