I have just marked a page for translation on Meta-Wiki. Markers [[https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Snowball_clause&diff=22988789&oldid=22988787 | have been added]] but translations units (page in Translations namespace) and /en translation subpage have not been created, so we cannot translate the page ([[https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Translate&group=page-Snowball+clause&action=page&filter= | Special:Translate]] redirects to recent additions). The “mark” action [[https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log&page=Snowball_clause | has well been logged]].
