Change Details

Currently, CropTool has `tags: ['OAuth CID: 593']` set. According to the list at https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Tags, it should be `tags: ['OAuth CID: 19', 'OAuth CID: 27', 'OAuth CID: 64', 'OAuth CID: 593', 'OAuth CID: 1784']` (the first one only has 317 edits on Commons, but we should probably add it for completeness.
