//As an organizer, I want to be notified that I should add privacy policy information/links for the external platforms for chat/video that I may use on my event page, so that I can know how I can best support my participants and their privacy.//
**Acceptance Criteria:**
* If an organizer goes to the Enable or Edit Registration page, and if they are on a Wikimedia project (i.e., not a third party user of the CampaignEvents extension), they should see the following text at the bottom of the page (i.e., below "Only usernames will be collected from participants during registration. Learn more."):
** "If you are using an external meeting and/or chat group platform for the event, please add privacy policy information for the platforms on the event page. Events hosted or funded by the Wikimedia Foundation are required to adhere to all Wikimedia Foundation policies, including on [[ https://foundation.wikimedia.org/wiki/Policy:Friendly_space_policy | Youth Safety ]]."
