I use the command $item->addAliases('nl', $new_names); to add new aliases to an item and $item->setLabel('nl', $label) to add a label. That works. but the bot writes "‎Cleared an item: Edited a item" instead of something meaningful like 'Added en-labels'. Addwiki works well for 'New item created' that correctly show up in the logs for creating new items. People are asking me to fix this.
