In order to encourage users to review their translations, a warning will be shown when those exceed a certain limit (T190279). However, in some cases the amount of unmodified content may be so high that we want to prevent editors from publishing. If the user exceeds a threshold (configurable per wiki, but with a default value of 99%), an error will be shown to the user as illustrated below. This will prevent publishing until the content is modified. {F15945703} **Trigger** The error will be triggered when the translation has a percentage of unmodified content higher than the threshold. When we show this error, we won't show the warning about too much MT (T190279) since that would be redundant. We want to wait until a certain amount of content is added, to avoid confusions with false positives (e.g., showing the warning after initially adding a one-word section title that was perfectly translated by MT).
