Task T85386 created an error message when a ref name is used multiple times. In order to find and fix these errors, we need a tracking category assigned to the article when this error is detected. As with CS1 errors, pages in the Book talk, Category talk, Draft, Draft talk, Education Program talk, File talk, Help talk, MediaWiki talk, Module talk, Portal talk, Talk, Template talk, TimedText talk, User, User talk, and Wikipedia talk namespaces should not be included in the error tracking categories.
