The "Add topic" button and all the buttons in the user dropdown use 14px, as do most other interface buttons in Vector. The "Add languages" button is 16px. {F36077015,size=full} ~~The non sticky version of the button is also an inconsistent 13.3333px:~~ Actually it's the invisible checkbox overlay that is set to 13.3333px (which is what is selected when you inspect the page).
