**What happens?**:
The latter has bolding in the <caption> and the former does not.
**What should have happened instead?**:
The former should also have bold in its caption.

**Other information** (browser name/version, screenshots, etc.):
This is not solely a .infobox problem, .wikitable is also missing its bold. From what I can see in the archive.org CSS, ad hoc <table>s with <caption>s are also missing the bold, so that's why <caption> is in the title rather than a more specific class. I caught a question about this from a one-off message in Discord that no one answered of the "why aren't they bold anymore?" sort.
