In the first iteration we are proposing to only post on 10 talk pages per file, per wiki to avoid spamming the wiki with repetitive notifications. This may not solve the problem so we may want to devise a better system: =====Ideas: * The Bot could places a notifications for commonly used images on a centralized noticeboard (per-wiki configurable place.) * The Bot could write on the template's talk page if an image is used in a template * Each wiki should be able to configure the `10` value so the bot can be as noisy as it wants
